There is huge responsibility that we have to children. It’s not just to dress them, give them their bath and feed them every morning or evening; but they should be treated with affection. The children should feel happy to receive that affection also. Then, when the children have affection to someone other than the parents, it’s not that the affection they have to the real parents is diminished in some way. It just means there is more fullness of love and affection in the life of your child. That will only increase their sense of affection and appreciation for their mother and father. That’s the way of the network of loving relationships. As that network of loving relationships expands, then one learns the way of loving exchange.
