Prabhupada described an example. Imagine there is a pond of water and we're all holding little pebbles. On the count of three, we will all throw our pebbles into the water. Are you ready? One, two, three! ...What happens? Chaos. Circles intersecting with other circles everywhere, and it is big chaos. So then Prabhupada explained: Suppose we all placed our pebbles in the same place. It doesn’t even have to be at the same time, but in the same place. Then what will happen? Little splash. Concentric circles will expand, but those circles amplify one another in a very natural way. Similarly, each of us have our individuality... We are each unique. Preserve that individuality, but repose that individuality in one common place.
